Cordiglottis filiformis (Hook.f.) Garay, 1972


First description published as Sarcochilus filiformis Hook.fin Flora of British India 6: 39. 1894; and draw lines made by Hooker published in Icones Plantarum volume 22 : t. 2124 (1893). Hooker said the flowers much like those Sarcochilus trimeni Hook.f., but habit very different.

The type come from Larut, Perak, Peninsular Malaysia.

This photo capture from Tanjung Puting National Park, Central Borneo, Indonesia on 29 January 2013 by my friend Mr. Lutfian Nazar. Found as epiphyte at alt. c. 100 m.
